Indications:
Remission induction, maintenance therapy in acute lymphoblastic leukemia and acute myelogenous leukemia. Chronic granulocytic leukemia.
Contra-Indications:
Lactation.
Special Precautions:
Renal or hepatic impairment. Monitor liver function and bloods. Pregnancy.
Side Effects:
Myelosuppresion, liver toxicity, anorexia, nausea, oral ulceration.
Drug Interactions:
Allopurinol, warfarin.
