ABILIFY
Package(a):
TABLETS: 28 x 5 mg.
Dosage(a):
To be taken whole and regardless of meals.
Schizophrenia: Adults over 18 years: 10-15 mg daily. Usual maintenance dose: 15 mg daily. Maxiumum daily dose: 30 mg daily.
Mania: Adults over 18 years: 15 mg daily, increased if necessary to 30 mg daily.

Indications:
For the treatment of schizophrenia. For the treatment of moderate to severe manic episodes in bipolar I disorder, and for the prevention of new manic episodes in patients in whom manic episodes are a dominant part of their illness and experiences previous manic episodes that have responded in the past to Aripiprazole treatment.

Side Effects:
Uncontrollable twitching or jerking movements, headache, tiredness, vomiting, nausea, an uncomfortable feeling in the stomach, constipation, increased production of saliva, lightheadedness, trouble sleeping, anxiety and restlessness, blurred vision, dizziness (especially when getting up suddenly from a lying or sitting position), fast heartbeat, depression.
